ABOUT
J.M.I aerial imagery services was created from a love of flying drones/UAS recreationally where, I have gained over ten years experience in operating drones. We now offer a range of services in several different fields such as:
Construction
- Pre build - bidding process 3D model of the environment that can be paired with other software such as bim 360 to produce 3D models of how the project will look and how traffic will flow. We can create topography maps for cut fill analysis, slope analysis and water management.
- Project progress models for promotional materials, inspecting progress of work being carried out, proof of installation, stockpile audits/ volumetric surveys and materials auditing.

We use the latest top of the line equipment and software to get you the best finished products at the best competitive price. Our remote pilot, holds all required qualifications for commercial work and is fully insured. Our remote pilot also has qualifications for UAS inspections and surveying in several fields. All qualifications and insurance documents can be provided to any prospective clients on request. All enquiries will be processed and responded to as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, operating Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Arrangements as can tailormade to accommodate evenings and weekends.

Residential / commercial roof, guttering and cladding inspections
Using drones to carry out roof inspections is the fastest, safest and easiest way to get a roof inspection completed. With a drone you can get high resolution images to identify any exterior damage to the roof, guttering and cladding. We can inspect exterior facade for high rise buildings and flats for any damage to windows, window frames and brick work. We can also use thermal cameras to identify any damaged areas that can not be seen in a visual inspection. 3D models can be made to take measurements and help visualise the repairs or for new installations for quoting purposes.

From wedding photos, business promotions to sports events J.M.I aerial imagery services aims to deliver the highest quality images and videos.
